[Help] Cash shop cash suddenly not working

The ini-s are all set up, db also.

The billcruxrf tables are ok, the user and userinfo has the account info there.
It worked fine - but i was gonna test cash shop more and now it simply wont show the amount specified ingame anymore.

There has been no database or ini changes.

Anyone experienced this before? its as if its ignoring tbl_UserInfo completely now.
The login info matches the tbl_rfaccount, tbl_UserInfo and tbl_User.
Billingagent is running.

I cant find whats missing.
