Animation Help!

Hey guys! ART here! Sorry if this post isn't in the right section.

So here's my problem:

I need an animation/.ani exporter for 3ds max. I have lots of ideas for NPC's, mobs, pets, etc.
I know how to export the models but IDK how to export the animations to put it in-game. SO please if you know how to export animations, teach me how to or give me any guide about it.

P.S.
I don't know how to make scripts and etc, just models and textures.
