[Help] Revised layout of job types screen

Hi everybody,this is my first time to make the maplestory server,so I have some question. So,here is my questions:

1, How can I revised layout of this screen:

For example: I want to drop the Resistance,like this:

Sorry,i dont know how to use photoshop :p
Just imagine Resistance was dissapear,that means gamer can't creat a Resistance character but this job still working (not delete job).

2, I want to skip to step selected job type,that means when I click "Creat Character",it going to this page:
and skip this page:
So is there any way for me to do that?
