Lithium Event Instance

Hey guys,

I was wondering, in lithium there's a command called !startinstance...
I just wanted to know more details about it. I can't get it working. Everything I type it says
"!startinstance [eventmanager] [eventinstance]"

Just what is the eventmanager and the eventinstance? I've tried searching it on Google but can't seem to find anything.

And the problem I'm having is I can't get PVP starting... anyone using lithium knows how to start PVP? I know it's coded but I just can't get it started :s
