[Help] Help Crywolf doesn't work? Move DC.

Hi guy's i have these problems in my server!

When i cry to move to CryWolf,Lorencia Market i get Disconnected from game ?
I need cryWolf to do my 3 Quest
And i don't have Barracks of Balgass Map ? :O

From box of kundun 1/2/3/4/5 zen2500000 falls out ?

I spawned some mobs in Lorencia "N" Gate (BC 6 mobs) and i kill mobs the something falls out and i get this Messege "Help has activated" and i receive item which i cannot sell or throw out :/ ?

Rena doesn't fallout from mobs ? :/
