[Help] Items hexed into server.exe and game.exe but stillshow up as red flag.

As title says i have hexed the items int o Server4096.exe and Game.exe but i still recieve red flag i have all .ase's in images\Sinimage\Items\DropItem folder and the inventory image in Weapons.
