[Help] Cabal IP edit (new server EP8)

Hello,

I'm working on a new server with EP8 server files
I make server side files working well but i need test ingame, for that i need edit the IP of the client.

Please if someone can help, would be awesome, also im searching for a dev who know about cabal edits.

For example i need edit this client ip: File Service

(Im not using emulator, is real server files)
