[Release] Fix skills for GUNNER and EXTREME, including the charsetfiles

GoodDay RageZone i just want to share my FIX PATCH for ASSASSIN CLASS! because many people here in RZ need it, so HERE you go RageZone!

Note : All skills have been set "Magic Type" because in my SERVER they are arguing why dex and pow skills always "MISS" so i decided to set it in "MAGIC Type"
