Help Connecting to My Server

Hi, I've been working on connecting to my own local server for a bit. I've been following the SourceDev v116 guide and have gotten to the point where my maple client states that I'm unable to connect to the login server due to a firewall or a server check. I've updated the ip in the LEN.ini, the worldGMS properties, and the channel properties and have disabled my firewall. Upon using the settings checker provided in the FAQ, it says that there is no existence of compiled server files in the extension folder and that port 1099 is not in use. I'm a noob, and would really appreciate any help in fixing this issue. :D

P.S. My launch.bat seems to be working fine
