#2 lvl70 3rd job (no lvl75 bullshit) / server-sided skill cooldown
#3 OTP LA for ICs like int (with real int LA damage)

welcome to spam 2000 doggebi lords to crash the server if u want, cant happen because i spammed 15,000+ mobs and the server's processor only went from 10% utilization to 14%, so by that math i guess i can handle 2,000 connections + 375,000 mobs all fighting at once.
(formula: 100/4=25 25*15k=375k)
