AIPolicy Editor - Deluxe Edition (alpha release)



Currently handles all versions of Perfect World and Jade Dynasty.
Fixed auto-character-counting in the Broadcast_Message Assistant.
Various code changes internally.

*Still has that dang "=" bug! Will fix that as time permits

Oh, and I haven't "wired up" the progress bar, About window or Options window yet...
Other than that, it should be fully functional.
