Kin GM only? [Lithium v111]

Hey everyone, I noticed that KIN (ID: 9900000) works for GM's. I'd really like this to work for all players, my friend and I attempted to edit the script. When we used it, the NPC simply said, "I am not coded yet." Does anyone have a fix? Can anyone point out whats wrong with the script?
